EcoGuard Pest Management collects personal information through our website by online forms, service scheduling, online accounts set up, including name, service address, email address and phone numbers. We also collect credit card information through our separate and secure billing site from customers who wish to pay their bills online.
We may also collect names and addresses which our users divulge about other people in order to obtain referrals. EcoGuard Pest Management does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 18 to divulge personal information.

By engaging in contact with EcoGuard Pest Management via form submission, email, SMS, phone call, social media messaging, or other electronic means, you consent and opt-in to receive communications from us electronically. 11. EcoGuard DOES NOT Give Medical Advice
EcoGuard Pest Management and its representatives do not provide medical advice. Any content or statement regarding medical concerns is general information that is not meant to advise you on medical decisions. 12. EcoGuard DOES NOT Give "Do It Yourself" Treatment Advice
EcoGuard Pest Management and its representatives do not provide advice on pest treatments that would be completed by a third party or User. Pest control is a specialized activity that requires licensing and training to complete effectively and safely. Any treatments you complete without a trained professional is not recommended and is at the User's own liability.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EcoGuard Pest Management and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Website and Service, or a breach of these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability

17. Refund Policy
EcoGuard may refund canceled services if requested before the initial service date. The deadline to receive a refund for your canceled service is 48 hours before the initial service. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within thirty (30) business days upon refund approval.
18. Free Estimate Details
EcoGuard provides a free estimate on all services. If you request a specialty service that requires an inspection including but not limited to rodents, termites, bed bugs, or commercial properties we will provide an estimate for the inspection. Inspections are not considered a free estimate.
19. Stated Treatment Options
